Lynda M. Dorman, CEO, and Co-founder of Orange Wall Enterprises, a safety solution company that was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She is also our newest Woman of Prince George's Advisory Board Member.
Lynda Dorman is a recognized leader and visionary who is known for being a consultant and nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience in business start-up, business consulting, program and project management, fund development, contract and source management, supplier development, as well as operations consulting for major U.S. corporations and quasi-governmental organizations. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, business transformation, organizational change management, performance management, and entrepreneurship. She combines executive-level experience and business acumen to provide senior executive clients with strategic insights on business growth, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and business process innovation that lead to optimum performance.

Our motto, “Bringing Safety Solutions to the Masses” serves as our top priority. Lynda established her PPE business early in the fight against COVID-19 under her company, Dorman Group Holdings LLC. She was delighted to have WBE Carolyn Howell join the effort resulting in forming a new company, Orange Wall Enterprises. Together, they were savvy to be the first minority women business owners to sign a national distribution and licensing agreement to private label temperature reading stations using artificial intelligence, robotics technology, and powered by Intel i3 and Intel i7 processors.

Lynda is a native Washingtonian, earning a Master of International Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Global Campus. She is the mother of two amazing teenage girls, who in their own right are future entrepreneurs.
